Quickly Delete Objects and Shapes on Excel Worksheet

If you copy data from a website and paste it into Excel, you might find a few objects from the website, that were also copied on the worksheet.

With a Ribbon command, you can quickly see a list of all the objects on a sheet. Select an object name in that list, to select that object on the worksheet.

  3. This doesn't help with selecting control shapes which are different than objects and auto-shapes. Any help to offer there?
