How to Run Android on Surface Pro 4 : Nox App Player Review and Tutorial

In this video, I show step by step instructions for installing Android on the Surface Pro 4 (also applies to Surface Book) using the Nox App Player. Nox is a newer android emulator. Although this is a great free android emulator, I found it to be somewhat slow. In my experience, AMI DuOS still performs much better.

  3. Hi I am using a Surface Pro 4 with an Intel Core I7 6650U 8GB of RAM and a 256GB M.2 SSD. When I am starting the Nox or Bluestacks app player and the Surface is getting very hot and loud. Do you know why or is that normal?

  4. I think AmiDuos works better on the Atom processor than the 4.
On the 4 it eats battery and doesn't really run any better.

  5. I have been thinking of buying the AMI DuOS for my Surface Pro 4 but I've heard that the touch screen is not working currently for SP4 with AMI DuOS

  6. Any idea why I have a red explanation mark, saying enable VT when VT is enabled….

  7. But expect bluestacks, all other emulators conflict with the hyper-v feature. Genymotion is really good but it's one of the all other. This's really frustrating.

  8. Hi Sean. I love your Videos, i have a question. How much RAM do you have on your surface pro 4? Thanks.

  9. Thank you for the video! It would be nice if you'll try the emulator called Genymotion. On my PC it worked faster than any other emulators.

  10. Hi Sean, good video as usual. I wonder if you can try RemixOS as a secondary OS on surface3 if you still have it or on the surface pro 4 . the os seems really promising and if turns out to be good it will save money, time and space . please check it out and tell us what do you think!? Thanks.

  11. Great vid but if someone can afford a surface pro 4 then they afford an additionalcheap £/$100 android tablet. Keep Surface as the Windows flagship and pick up a cheap tablet if you want the android experience.

  12. hi sir, have you tried remix os from jide on surface 3? i cant get it to work but its free
